We are open every day of the year, including public holidays, when we run Saturday and Sunday hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Our on site Australian Clinical Labs collection centre keeps its own hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 12:00pm. It closes earlier than the clinic, so come in the morning if you need blood tests on the same visit.

Two hours of free parking is available in the Coles car park underneath the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre. Enter from the Gold Coast Highway at Ferny Avenue, or from Elkhorn Avenue. The car park has a lift, so you do not need to manage stairs on your way up. There is no direct entry from the car park into the clinic, so please come round to our reception entrance, and let reception know if you need extra help getting in.
