Yes, My Doctors Clinic Surfers Paradise is a predominantly bulk billing medical centre. Bulk billing is available for most eligible patients holding a valid Medicare card. This means there is no out-of-pocket cost for the majority of GP consultations. Private fees may apply for certain procedures or non-Medicare services. Yes, we are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year including public holidays. Our hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are one of the few bulk billing medical centres in Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast that is open every day of the year.

Booking is easy and available 24/7. You can book a GP appointment online through our website booking system at any time, or call our friendly reception team on (07) 5592 2299 during clinic hours. Same-day appointments are often available, and walk-in patients are always welcome for urgent medical needs.

Yes, we welcome walk-in patients for urgent and non-urgent medical needs at our Surfers Paradise clinic. To minimise your waiting time and ensure you see your preferred doctor, we recommend booking an appointment in advance where possible. Our online booking system is available 24 hours a day. 

We are conveniently located at Shop 16, 3221 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217, inside the Piazza on the Boulevard complex. We offer 2 hours of free parking underneath the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre, accessible via Gold Coast Highway (Ferny Avenue) or Elkhorn Avenue. Disabled parking and lift access are available.

My Doctors Clinic Surfers Paradise is open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. For medical needs outside these hours, we recommend calling 13SICK (13 74 25) for after-hours home doctor visits, or in an emergency please call 000.

Yes, we warmly welcome international patients and visitors to Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast. We accept Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) from all major approved providers including Bupa, Medibank, Allianz, AHM, NIB, and CBHS. Eligible international students can generally access our GP services with no out-of-pocket costs by presenting a valid OSHC card.
