Yes, we are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year including public holidays. Our hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are one of the few bulk billing medical centres in Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast that is open every day of the year.

Yes, we welcome walk-in patients for urgent and non-urgent medical needs at our Surfers Paradise clinic. To minimise your waiting time and ensure you see your preferred doctor, we recommend booking an appointment in advance where possible. Our online booking system is available 24 hours a day.

We offer 2 hours of free parking underneath the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre, accessible via Gold Coast Highway (Ferny Avenue) or Elkhorn Avenue. Disabled parking and lift access are available.
My Doctors Clinic Surfers Paradise is open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. For medical needs outside these hours, we recommend calling 13SICK (13 74 25) for after-hours home doctor visits, or in an emergency please call 000.
